The name Tritia is becoming more and more popular.

I have never met another Tritia but I can imagine it's only a matter of time. Most of us, from what I understand, are named after the retired Southern California newscaster, Tritia Toyota.

My Tritia story:

According to my mother, my father liked the name Tricia but did not want anything to do with President Nixon (Nixon's wife and daughter are both named Patricia). In keeping with the "Tricia" baby name theme, they considered Tritia Toyota. They both admired her, and she was a respected Japanese-American.
And that's how I got my name; My father hated Nixon, but liked Tritia Toyota.

I've been trying to get tritia.com for quite a while. When I first thought of it, at the time, I figured I was the only Tritia on the internet. When I eventually tried to register tritia.com it was a porn site! ARRGH! Later,  I tried again and found this. I waited over a year, tried again, and volia! Tritia.com is now a non-nasty site.
